Applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST) are calculated based on your shipping address.

If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, or service interruptions).

5. Returns & Exchanges

Most purchases are final sale.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in limited cases, such as defective or incorrect items, and are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

6. Product Descriptions & Colors

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colors and finishes may appear differently depending on your screen or device.
Minor variations in tone, finish, or packaging do not constitute defects.

7. Pricing Errors

If your payment is already complete, a full refund will be issued.
